MK7/MQB Audi/VW Performance Fuel Pumps

The Precision Raceworks MK7/MQB AUDI/ VW LOW PRESSURE FUEL PUMP’s are designed for customers looking to run all blends of E85. All pump options below include a Genuine Walbro 305 (F90000265), Walbro 450 (F90000274), or Walbro 525 (F90000285) fuel pump capable of flowing up to 350% more fuel than the factory fuel pump and all options are 100% E85 compliant.

• Stage 2 (2.5 liters per minute)
  Our Stage 2 fuel pump features a single Walbro 305 (F90000265) fuel pump. This pump can support up to 400whp (Rated for 350whp on 100% E85) and is ready to grow with you as your needs demand.  By design this pump allows you to purchase one of our replacement stage 3 pump’s or replacement Stage 3.5 pump’s and replace the pump only when you need more fuel.  Meaning you don’t need to buy a new kit simply upgrade this one as your needs change.

  Our Stage 3 fuel pump features a single Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pump. This pump can support up to 500whp (Rated for 450whp on 100% E85) and is ready to grow with you as your needs demand. By design this pump allows you to purchase one of our replacement Stage 3.5 pump’s and replace the pump only when you need more fuel. Meaning you don’t need to buy a new kit simply upgrade this one as your needs change.

  Our Stage 3 fuel pump features a single Walbro 535 (F90000295) fuel pump. This pump can support up to 550whp (Rated for 475whp on 100% E85)

• Stage 4 (7.1 liters per minute)
  Our stage 4 fuel pump is the highest flowing pump on the market today.  It boasts dual Walbro 450 (F90000274) fuel pumps and is capable of supporting 1000+ WHP on ethanol or E85.  To date no one has found the limits of this pump but many have switched to it when other pumps weren’t up to the job.

ASSEMBLY OPTIONS

• Kit Only:
  • Our design was targeted to remove the need for sending your fuel pump assembly in for modification.  Following the provided instructions the average home mechanic can assemble and install our kit. This means less down time and a great reduction in both assembly & shipping cost as well. Best of all you end up with your pump in the condition it was in when you pulled it from the car and run no risk of getting a housing back that is in poor condition.
  • Install is easy there is no guess work on engagement and sealing of o-ring or complications and risks tightening clamps that can poke holes in critical plastic components near by.
• New Build:
  • If you prefer to have someone else do the work we are here for you. We offer 100% new builds please allow 1-2 business days for assembly. This option is great for the customer who plans to have a shop do the work.  For about the same price you will pay in labor at the shop for assembly you get an already assembled unit ready to drop right in. So if you are looking for a 100% assembled drop in ready solution this is the choice for you!  Simply select above that you would like assembly and if you have a front wheel drive car (FWD) or all wheel drive car (AWD) as the two cars use different pump cores.  Please note fuel floats are not included from VW/Audi with new pumps, fuel floats in above images are for reference only.

Note: To achieve advertised horsepower for stage 3 and 3.5 upgraded fuel lines are needed.

DISCLAIMER

Stage 3 fuel pumps and higher require tuning of the factory fuel pump controller to prevent damage.  Aftermarket upgraded controllers are also available from other retailers and are compatible with our pumps.
