CTS Turbo is thrilled to unveil our latest Stage 2+ kit tailored specifically for the BMW S58 platform. This cutting-edge kit leverages our extensive experience and success in previous turbo projects, integrating state-of-the-art technology to enhance performance while ensuring seamless factory fitment.

Employing transient flow analysis and meticulous flow bench testing, our engineers have fine-tuned the twin-scroll turbine housing to optimize performance without compromising stock fitment, location, or the use of stock wastegates. This enables the utilization of any stock-fitment downpipes, intakes, and charge pipes. The outcome? An impressive power output ranging from 825whp to 900whp. Installation is straightforward, allowing for the direct transfer of factory wastegates, high-performance downpipes, intake, and charge pipes. No custom parts are required, and all factory installation hardware and gaskets are utilized.

Forget about dealing with cores; each turbocharger is delivered brand new, eliminating the hassle of sending in or purchasing cores separately. Constructed with 316 stainless steel exhaust housings and wastegate components, our turbochargers are VSR balanced to exceed OE tolerances, boasting upgraded heavy-duty bearings and thrust washers for enhanced durability.

Designed to move significant air at lower boost levels, our turbochargers deliver potent power without risking turbo over-speeding, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. For enthusiasts seeking further performance gains, larger turbo inlets can be seamlessly integrated with this setup.
