The last intercooler you’ll ever buy for your car. Good for over 1000whp the BMS 7.5″ High-Density RACE intercooler delivers better cooling, more power to the wheels, and allows you to hold that power longer during extended runs. With a larger core and more surface area than stock, your intercooler pressure drop is reduced and cooling dramatically improved. Resulting in peak power gains of 10whp+ and during longer pulls and back to back runs as much as 30whp+ over the heat soak prone factory intercooler.
BMS replacement intercoolers are a direct replacement for your factory intercooler and fully reversible. All required hardware is included. Compatible with both N54 and N55 applications.
The new E chassis RACE core is intended for serious performance applications such as upgraded turbos or single turbo kits, providing absolutely the best cooling capacity available in a high quality and high-value package. Includes an internal hot side flow diverter to ensure consistent flow and cooling throughout even at lower boost pressures. RACE requires minor trimming of the plastic shrouding during installation.

Optional E Chassis RACE Intercooler J Pipe (Sold Separately)Â
The factory J pipe is ~2.4″ and in some 2010+ models a one-piece design. The 2.5″ J pipe is suggested for models that have the one-piece design while the 3″ J pipe allows you to stay 3″ all the way from the intercooler to your throttle body when equipped with a 3″ BMS charge pipe for the highest flow potential. We suggest the 3″ J pipe for vehicles with aftermarket turbos.
