What is BM3 ?

We recently had the opportunity of custom tuning a M140i with a stock turbo setup . This vehicle is equipped with a cold air induction and full exhaust . The Vehicle was previously tuned ,so we did some testing before we got to work . We managed to run a 10.8 sec 100 to 200km/h with the previous tune . Using a draggy and testing 100 to 200km/h gives us a good indication of the vehicles horse power and unlike a dyno it can’t be manipulated to give better results

After we completed our custom tune we went out again , we managed to run a 7.82 sec 100 to 200km/h on this stock turbo B58 in full street trim . We managed to shave off 3 sec off the 100 to 200km/h which shows the incredible increase in horsepower and acceleration . When we refer to street trim we mean there was no weight taken off from the vehicle and it still had the stock street tyres on the vehicle

We were very happy with the results knowing the car is safe and reliable at that power level , once again proving why NV Performance is a force to be reckoned with on the B58 platform
